A truly luxurious website created for super-prime property specialists Oliver Burns and Knight Frank Prime showcasing a development of five ultra-luxe apartments in what was once the home of Sir Robert Walpole, Britain’s first Prime Minister. This classically elegant website was a cornerstone of our overall brand design for Walpole Mayfair. The website was conceived as part coffee table book, part brochure, opening onto an almost-monochrome montage introducing the international UHNWI community to the very best features of prestigious Mayfair and St James’s.

Full screen images of each one of the grand apartments with its unique character, interior specs and floorplans sat alongside a historical narrative while a gently quilting and saddle stitch ribbon ran through the website design unifying past and present. One of Oro&Co’s earliest luxury websites, built in Flash at a time when semi-opaque overlays were revelations and real typography was quite unique online. We’re still proud of it today, proof that good design stands the test of time.
