In a landscape where design is governed by disparate voices, no-code tools and AI, communication is abundant yet inconsistent. The consequence is lack of coherence, diminished impact and an erosion of brand credibility.
With over four decades of global industry experience — twenty-five years leading design studio Oro&Co — my expertise lies in shaping how brands spark desire that outlasts trends, enabling them to operate in line with their ambition. I examine what is communicated beneath conscious awareness and guide the visual language toward authenticity and alignment.
This is where I begin.
A Design Audit is a focused, strategic engagement for clients whose brand identity has become diluted or disorganised over time. I provide senior perspective and diagnostic insight on brand usage, supporting tools, assets and systems, recommending immediate adjustments that reflect the brand's true vision and value.
A 1–2 day in-person intensive allows for deep diagnostic work — understanding internal dynamics, reviewing brand assets and identifying what strengthens or dilutes meaning through logos, colour palettes, typography, imagery and governing principles.
Beginning with senior stakeholder interviews and working directly with marketing, design and development teams, I work pragmatically and intuitively to restore clarity, coherence and confidence.
A Design Audit may operate as a single intervention or combined with Design Advisory.
Based on the findings of a Design Audit, a Design Advisory delivers strategic direction covering all forms of brand communication including guidelines, marketing collateral or digital platforms as required. It delivers clear principles that enable a brand to develop with consistency and intention across every touchpoint.
A Design Advisory is completed over 2–4 weeks, with regular client check-ins. Supported by my team, I synthesise findings into detailed recommendations backed up by documented direction. On completion of the engagement, I brief relevant in-house teams to ensure a smooth internal process.
A Design Advisory may operate as a single intervention or be supported by the Design Studio.
Twenty-five years of personal leadership have kept Oro&Co deliberately small and consistently excellent. My core team has remained intact throughout, developing in capability through significant technological change.
Design Studio commissions are welcomed at investment stage, where strategic direction is already established, or where in-house capability does not exist.
My reputation rests on work of exceptional beauty and meticulous attention to detail, underpinned by rigorous frameworks. Specialists in the luxury sector, with broad experience in diverse markets globally, Oro&Co's distinctive portfolio covers an extensive range of typography-led projects — brand identities, bespoke logos, brand systems, digital platforms, books, editorial design, brochures and packaging.
From working with exacting A-listers to volunteering as a meditation trainer in the criminal justice system and with end-of-life patients, I gained the ability to create trust, read emotional undercurrents and navigate complexity in charged environments. This fluidity across vastly different social contexts translates directly to brand design where what remains unspoken communicates more than what is said.
I work through deliberate distillation, stripping away excess and challenging assumptions until only balance, intention and stillness remain — a process informed by decades of meditation practice and the neuroscience behind it.
Relationships now span generations — not only organisations retained, but families who return. That continuity remains the clearest measure of what I do.
Clients range from discreet private individuals to internationally recognised brands across fashion, hospitality, finance, automotive, architecture, retail, global humanitarian initiatives and the arts, united by a commitment to excellence, legacy and long-term thinking.
My skill lies in translating organisational truth into visual clarity. The process is fundamental — the sector is the context, not the constraint. Fifteen years in luxury has sharpened my understanding of markets where visual credibility directly impacts trust, and trust directly impacts value.
